So, what's making me smile this week? Its all about the little things, this week.
Like having a new fence, and gate, out the front. It's to keep our lovely rescue dog safe, so we've put a polite notice up :
He managed to get around me yesterday, luckily a teen caught him and brought him back to me, he's so fast!
I'm smiling at my youngest boys blossoming sense of humour! My hubby was talking to me the other day, but didn't finish his sentence, because he was doing something else. I asked if he was going to finish any sentences, jokingly, when something else happened. He said 'oh b*gger it' and my son pipes up: well he finished that one!
He also made us laugh at the Dr. For some unknown reason, giving her the wrong foot to look at, then stating, as she's taking his shoe off, 'you do know that's the wrong foot'. He's wicked.
A garden starting to bloom is enough to make anyone smile. Our garden is starting to look lovely (apart from all the demolished dog toys!)
Finally, being back to routine, which I wrote about yesterday, and lovely dog walks, have definitely made me smile. Add to that, the lovely 3 day weekend, what's not to smile about?
What's made you smile this week?
I lolled - spelling? - at your son's retort about his Dad finishing that sentence. It's lovely when they're funny. Enjoy your little comedian. xxx
