Meal Plan 01/05

Well, if you follow me on ANY social media, you will know I'm still following the Slimming World plan. I have currently lost 16lb, it works out as an average of 1.5lb a week. I am more than happy to keep that going! 

I still haven't got bored with trying new recipes, or turning old recipes into healthier versions. I haven't been blogging it, but I have been doing meal plans. It's been a case of Easter holidays having no routine, it screws the boys up, so it screws us up!

Anyway, while we try to get back to it and I try and motivate myself to continue the house painting, this will be this weeks plan. It's all SW friendly, adjusted and played with.

Chicken Tikka Massala
Roast Dinner
Warm Chicken and Bacon Salad
Chicken nuggets and Chips
Pork Chops, Mash and veg

They're in no particular order, because we swap and change according to our mood on any given day! I don't include our other meals, for the same reason. I will say, one of our favourite breakfast, or lunches, is cheesy beans on toast. It's such a simple, and filling, meal.
