How is January going for everyone? Are we all back into the 'back to school' routine? I'm getting there, slowly!
On with this weeks:
1. Feeling better. I am finding the change to my food is making me feel much healthier. I'm still getting a little tired, during the day, so falling asleep sometimes. However, mostly, I'm feeling brighter and more energetic. The biggest change: I haven't eaten a packet of crisps for more than a week! That is HUGE for me.
2. Back to school. Everyone is far more pleasant, now that a regular routine is in place.
3. Support. I'm finding this lifestyle change so much easier than ever before, because Mr. Ojo is embracing it too. We had breakfast, then took the dog for a little walk, this morning. Mr. Ojo can't walk quickly, but a bit of gentle strolling will do us all some good.
