I'm beating myself up something terrible this week! My self confidence, about my weight, has plummeted. This is all thanks to the Christmas party season, the pressure to look good, when those around you seem to make it look effortless.
I barely have time to brush my hair in the morning.
Times like this exactly why I love Reasons to be Cheerful. Look at the little (or big) things in life, that make you smile. One of the little things for me, is watching little A. I really could just watch that happy boy all day!
On to this weeks:
1. A night of wrestling. After a week of turmoil in our house, it was definitely needed, and made us all smile. It also made me yell, boo and cheer!
2. Zumba. My RJ came to class with me, this week. He was only coming to watch, he's been curious for a while, but after a few songs you could see he wanted in. When I eventually talked him into it, he loved it! He really threw himself into it and had so much fun, so much so he came with me the next night too. Looks like I have a Zumba companion.
3. A fire in the bedroom. After re-arranging our living room this week, we decided to put our Wii in the bedroom. On the Wii we downloaded an app which replicates a real fire, on your TV. We've put the timer on the telly, and gone to sleep in front of a roaring fire, ever since. Bliss.
