What did you think of yesterdays post? Did you prefer it that way, or should it stay like today's, for the rest of the month? I would love your opinions.
General Well Being:
I am starting with this because I don't feel great, if I'm honest. I keep feeling a bit woozy, like I've had a drink, or something similar. My head feels fudged, like I can't think straight...........and I'm still a little tired!
I'm ok, but feeling tired and 'off' all the time is starting to get me down again. However, having some things to look forward to this week (see the 'reasons' post this week) is bringing a smile to my face.
A bit quiet, as there is no Zumba today, but I'm pleased with 26 active minutes. Quality over quantity.
A cooked breakfast with 2 sausage, 1 bacon, 1 egg, 2 toast and baked beans.
Getting in from my dressmaking class I had a satsuma and packet of Quavers.
Dinner was a homemade cottage pie, with loads of veg.
I snacked on satsumas and I had 1 Penguin biscuit.
That's it for today. I'm going to spend a bit of time doing absolutely nothing! The rest of the family are enjoying 'Back to the Future'.
