When I said I would do this honestly, I really did mean it. Today has been a spectacularly lazy day!
Exercise:
See, really lazy.
Breakfast: half a tin of beans and sausage, with a bread roll.
Lunch: Salad and mayo
Dinner: pitta bread, kebab meat and salad, with a couple of chips.
Snacks: I have been baking all day, so my snacks have been little mouthfuls of a lot of stuff!
I am no master baker, but I do find it incredibly relaxing. So I am feeling very chilled after making: Marshmallows, chocolate and cream filled Swiss roll and 24 cupcakes!
I had a big sleep last night, I've had a headache on and off all day, but feeling OK in myself.

There isn't much more to say about today. With only one child in the house, it's been incredibly chilled.
We all deserve a day like today, sometimes, don't we?

DeleteSounds like you've had a quite relaxing day. I find baking relaxing too - though I'm not too keen on the clean-up afterwards! Have you posted your marshmallow recipe on here at all? I'd love to have a go!
