Reasons to be Cheerful

I've had quite a rough week, in all honesty. I am still not feeling 100%, but I'm getting there.

I've said it often before, this is the perfect time to think of reasons to smile. It's the little things that get you through, when you're not feeling too bright.

Reasons to be Cheerful
1.Great British Bake Off! Sad maybe, but I love that it's back on our screens.

2. The Wonderful Mr. Ojo. I cannot express enough how happy I am that he is home full time, now. He has really looked after me this week, and been there for cuddles when I've needed them the most.

3. Teens Social Life. It sounds daft, but he never went out. When he was a young teen, he had some issues with 'so called' friends, after that he pretty much stayed in. Don't get me wrong, I love his company, but lately he's got new friends and he's out all the time. It's like he's been re-invented! He's happy, full of life, it's so good to see.

That is what's making me smile this week, a week I don't feel like smiling in.

What about you? Come share your happy thoughts with me.

  1. Bake off & cuddles sound lush x

  2. Great family news and I think I may be becoming a #GBBO convert (having switched onto the repeats by accident....) Hope you feel better next week xx

    1. I'm definitely getting there, thank you xx

  3. Reminds me we haven't seen this weeks GBBO! Glad you are on the mend and sounds like you are in safe hands with Mr O. Great news on the teen

  4. Hope you're over the worst now xx glad Mr O has been around to look after you, keep resting up and have a good (hopefully infection free) weekend

I do love comments and read them all, please be nice and tboughful to others x
