This is good timing. I am determined to stop worrying about my health and do something about it! I have entered April with a Positive Mental Attitude, determined and happy..........so far it is working.
The great thing about it being with me this month is, it's Autism Awareness Month. As regular readers know, I have 2 boys on the spectrum. This is a great opportunity for me to spread the word.

3. Autism Awareness and friends. I spent most of Wednesday, 2nd April, changing my facebook friends profile pictures blue. It is autism awareness month, the motto being: Light it up Blue for Autism. I am so proud of my friends, that got behind me and this cause. It is so close to my heart, the support brought a tear to my eye.
