Have you missed me? I have not done a meal plan for weeks.
A total lack of organisation on my part, my head has been all over the place (if you read regularly you will know that, if you don't...........why not!?)
Anyway, after finally confessing to my husband that I have totally given up on myself, I have decided to change.
I have to, I have to NOT give up. I have to get up in the mornings, I have to care about myself, other wise I am letting others down and I hate doing that.
So today I have given my house a spring clean. I have even got washing on the line!
I have also done a meal plan, so here is this weeks:
Slow cooked Gammon, with boiled potato and sweetcorn
Seasoned Chicken and rice
Seasoned pork chops, with broad beans and mash
Steak with home made wedges
There is a meal missing, it will probably be a freezer dive.
I have some Schwartz products to review, so the seasoned meats will be from that, also the Wedges.
Lets hope I stick to this now!
