Oh I had an atrocious week last week!! The meal plan has not been stuck to, hardly at all. I think it's partly because, the shopping was done 1st, then the meal plan was done around it.
I am dreading my weigh in this week too, as the total mess up of plan, has resulted in 3(?!) take-aways!
To top it off, my hubby will not be home for dinner any day this week, so the meal plan has been written accordingly. This week is half term for us in Wales, so most of the meals have been written with me in mind, as my children tend to graze when they are off school (except for little A, who only eats nuggets and chips anyway).

Chicken Curry. I have cooked chicken to use up, and this can be kept for the Mr, when he gets in.
Cheese and Potato pie, with Beans. A family fave and easy to adjust to my Slimming World plan.
Toad in the Hole. Not sure how homemade this will be yet, shall wait and see how the week goes.
Pork Chops, with veg and potatoes.
Spaghetti Bolognese. My favourite
Fakeaway. Whatever I feel like making that is like take away food (Pizza, chips, Fried rice).
Roast Chicken with the trimmings. Always a roast on a Sunday, even in the height of summer!
So that's my plan this week, lets hope i can keep to it this week. With the boys home from school and the hubby in work, it might be my only way to relax.
