So this is it! My first take over of the wonderful linky that is 'Reasons to be cheerful'.
As many of you now know, Michelle of Mummy from the Heart is taking a break away from this for a little while, possibly permanently. She has made some huge life changes this past year, and her spiritual journey is very important to her. She still blogs and is still as engaging, she is just moving away from this linky, for now.
She started the thread originally to make people look into their hearts, when having a bad day, week, month or year. There is always something in your life or your heart that is making you smile, so share it with the world, maybe it will get the ball rolling.
For the rest of this month the blog hop will start here. Then me and Lakes Single Mum will share it, a month at a time. I hope it keeps going, and that people keep coming back. It really has been a wonderful blog hop for me, that has kept me smiling through some tough times. I love reading others too. I've been a part of it for just over a year now, nearly the whole time I've been blogging!
Just out of respect for Michelle I have also created a new badge that you can grab, if you choose. It is at the bottom of the page and there is absolutely no pressure .
So this week, these are my reasons to be cheerful:
1. Being trusted with this blog hop! It really does mean a lot to me.
2. Getting to go back to the hairdressers to have my hair curled again. I am off to have it done again, because I loved it so much last time, and I am off out Friday so it will be nice to have my hair already done like this:
3. The school concerts. My middle boy has got the part of Joseph, and even has a solo singing part! Proud mama moment. On top of that, the mister will be able to make BOTH our 2 youngest sons concerts this year. A very rare thing!
So that's it for my 1st take over! A bit nerve wracking. If you would like to join in as a blogger, then add you link below, and grab your blog hop code. If your not a blogger, then comment on here, facebook, twitter or G+, and tell me what is making you smile.
