I've just realised, as I typed in the title, this will possibly be my last meal plan this year! When the children are home they have a habit of helping themselves, the oldest 2 anyway, so meal planning is not much use!
I have got one done this week though, but it is a little simple. Hubby is on the type of shifts that mean he is not home at a reasonable time for dinner, so I am mostly just feeding me and the boys. Seeing as little A pretty much only eats nuggets and chips, it's just me and the 2 oldest. Today, one of them has come down with a tummy bug so...........it's a bit of a balls up before I start really!
Anyway, here is my attempt at a Meal Plan:
Monday: Slow cooked Gammon with Mash and veg
Tuesday: Potato and Sweetcorn Soup
Wednesday: Pork chop for me, toad in the hole for the boys, with veg and baked potatoes
Thursday: Homemade Chicken Fried Rice, with Chips for the boys
Friday: Spaghetti Bolognese
Saturday: Brinner
Sunday: Roast Dinner
This is subject to change. For starters the Brinner (A fried Breakfast for dinner) may be a supermarket 'all day breakfast', as we are hoping to visit family in England. (As long as all the boys are fit and well!)
As usual I shall be linking up with Mrs. M, just click the Meal plan picture to go to her blog.

I like the sound of your Potato and Sweetcorn soup. Marie.
