I have been having a crazy week, with barely 5 minutes to myself. Even now, I am fitting this in between eldest going back to school from lunch and youngest finishing!
I've also been out for the morning with my lovely mum, helping her pick new glasses. She has fantastic taste in everything and her new glasses are gorgeous.
So what are my reasons to be cheerful this week?
Here goes.........
1. My car. Last week I was worrying about my car costing a fortune! Well it didn't, it cost just under £80 and advisories are very minor things *phew*
2. Little A and school. I have been having a very hard time this week, getting little one to school. He has had too much disruption the last couple of weeks and his routine has been thrown out. Today he went in OK, thankfully. My reason to be cheerful, however, is half term! No fighting with him in the mornings, no tears (mine or his). 10 days of relaxing. I am determined to get him out of the house this spring though, wish me luck!
3. I'm cheating a bit here, because I kind of did this one last week. The article I wrote for the MBCtimes was most read, for a couple of days in a row! I have had the 2nd piece edited and it looks good, it should be in by the weekend again. My friend, that works for them, has also asked if I would like to write any more, looking at different aspects of Autism. So if anybody would like to offer any information or advice to add to it, please let me know.
Also, a sneaky little extra one here, I have now lost a stone in just over 4 weeks, I am over the moon with it, and I am getting quite a lot more walking done in this nice weather we've been having.
I would also like to finish by saying, my thoughts are with Emma at crazywithtwins please go along and offer support, this woman is amazing. You can also find a link to her on mummyfromtheheart who is hosting this linky.
