I'm making myself do this! I need to find these 3 reasons as its been a tough couple of weeks.
Oh dear, hummmmmm *drums fingers*
1. Pain Killers. Oh yes they are actually working!! I am on quite a mixture of tablets and also going to physio.......well I would be going to physio. I turned up for my appointment on time, it was 1.30pm.......except it wasn't, that was the time of the appointment that I cancelled 2 weeks ago, when the little one was ill. My appointment was at 11am...........shit! Anyhoo, the tablets are starting to work, and the lethargy is subsiding, so I am spending a little more time awake and pain free!
2. Dr. Moseleys fast diet. Nothing is working for me!! Seriously bloody nothing! I haven't worked out much (see no.1). But I eat as healthily as I can, I don't pick at the kids food, I don't sit around as much as I'd like to!! Do I lose weight? No.....So I read this post: Honest Mum, and was quite encouraged, so I read more of her posts, and was very encouraged. So I downloaded the book to my kindle, read it in one night, and started the next day! Fingers crossed this will be a R2BC for coming weeks!
3. Red Nose Day! My sons school are doing a few activities to raise funds, and also having an 80's themed day! Cannot wait to see the revival of the parents leg warmers! My boy is going double denim, just like his dad was back in the day! In the spirit of sharing, I posted my 80's pic on twitter and FB earlier.
