Reasons to be Cheerful

How is January going for everyone? Are we all back into the 'back to school' routine? I'm getting there, slowly!

On with this weeks:


1. Feeling better. I am finding the change to my food is making me feel much healthier. I'm still getting a little tired, during the day, so falling asleep sometimes. However, mostly, I'm feeling brighter and more energetic. The biggest change: I haven't eaten a packet of crisps for more than a week! That is HUGE for me.

2. Back to school. Everyone is far more pleasant, now that a regular routine is in place.

3. Support. I'm finding this lifestyle change so much easier than ever before, because Mr. Ojo is embracing it too. We had breakfast, then took the dog for a little walk, this morning. Mr. Ojo can't walk quickly, but a bit of gentle strolling will do us all some good.

  2. This week has been a bit easier hasn't it. Now everyone is getting back into a routine! I still hate mornings but they haven't been too bad. lol x

    Always difficult to get back into those chilly early morning routines X

  5. I'm all for long strolls. It was one of the things I suggested on your other post :0) All for healthy eating to. Amazing how food affects our moods eh?
