Reasons to be Cheerful

I have been quite poorly this past few weeks, so this is a perfect time to look at what is good in my life.

Reasons to be Cheerful
1. I don't have a thyroid problem. Yes I'm taking a ton of medications now, but as someone pointed out, in the comments, on The Appointment post: I don't have a thyroid problem.

2. BlogOn Winchester. I shall be travelling up on Friday, ready for BlogOn, on Saturday. Is it wrong that I am looking forward to the afternoon in a hotel room, and a bed to myself, as much as I'm looking forward to the event? I have downloaded some stuff to my lappy, shall be taking my crocheting and my kindle! EXCITING!

3. Holding myself Accountable. Starting from today, Oct 1st, I shall be posting every evening about my food, exercise and general health, that day. My Zumba instructor has promised to measure me tonight, and I will take a full length picture tomorrow. I hope you can come along with me for the journey, any tips or advice will be gratefully, and gracefully, received.
