Day 2

Food:

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast, with ketchup
Lunch: Egg mayonnaise sandwich
Dinner: chicken and stuffing from hot deli counter, with a chicken Cesar salad from supermarket.
Snacks: cola bottles and bacon fries. Chocolate orange (wouldn't you, if you had rare time out, in a hotel room!?)

Exercise:

Spent a lot of the day driving to Winchester, so I made myself go for a walk while I was there. 

General Well Being:

Feeling quite good, a bit bloated after being stuck in the car for a few hours, but a lots of water, when I arrived, helped sort that.

Mental Health:

Feeling incredibly chilled. I am having a rare night away from it all. I'm going to a blogging event, so spending the night before in a Premier Inn, bliss!
