Ok, there has been some tough inner debate, the last few days, about doing this post.
Strangely, because I can see the difference!
I am not a fan of my body, in fact I detest it. I seriously struggle to see it in a positive light, and tend to see myself as BIGGER than I am. I'm the one that's always being told off, for putting myself down. Even in my dressmaking, I make all my clothes too big. My teacher reckons I need to let her measure me, so it's more accurate. The idea of this absolutely horrifies me!
Anyway, I've been sharing the story of my Slimpod/Thinking Slimmer journey with you, in various posts. So I think it's time to 'man up' and share the comparison pictures.
The 'before' shots were taken around mid January, the after were taken just a few days ago.
I have been listening to my fitpod/slimpod/chillpod every night, as I go to sleep. I will admit, my food is still not brilliant. However, there is no snacking between meals! I'm also leaving food on my plate, if you knew me at all, you would know this is HUGE. My exercise has gone through the roof. I get 12K steps in, EVERY SINGLE DAY, I will share how in another post soon. I'm not yet brave enough to go out and walk/jog in public!
