I've decided to take a slightly different route, with my meals. As my children have limited tastes (particularly little A), they rarely eat what we are eating.
The teen will try a taste of most things, and eat what his brothers are eating, if he doesn't like them!
So, for this weeks meal plan, I've looked at online recipe pages for inspiration. (I've posted the links, so you can take a look)
Here is this week:
Roast chicken with Lactose free Mushroom sauce
Cheese and Potato pie
We are off to see the Harlem Globe Trotters this evening, hence the eating out. It will just be a burger somewhere. Also, all my recipes will be made with lactose free products, as the difference to my health is huge, since giving it up.
