Reasons to be Cheerful

I've had a bit of a blip in my mood, the last week or so. I wrote about it yesterday, and in all honesty, it helped me no end. It was like writing all the crap down in a diary, letting it out, so that it won't beat me.

Times like these are exactly why I do R2BC, because it does us good to look for the wonderful things in our life, however small.

It's over with Becky from Lakes Single Mum this month, and here are my:
Reasons to be Cheerful
1. Proud Mama Moments. I finally had a meeting with my tweens head of year, this week. Just a catch up, to let us know how he's doing since starting the comp. He tends to keep himself very secluded in school (and in all honesty, that's a relief, as it's not a great school!). He also worries that he's not doing well........Well that got blown out of the water this week! He is doing amazing, in nearly every subject. Go RJ, stupidly proud of the level you are reaching.

2. London in 3 days. That is all.

3. Finding the 'lost' Oyster card! We searched high and low, I know I had one, I knew it was in an old phone wallet............somewhere in the house. Today, just before typing this, we found it, phew!

Simple things that have given me a reason to smile this week. I really hope you can all find happiness in the little things, it's important. So, if you do, why not share. I love it when people comment on facebook, or tweet me, to tell me what's making them smile!
