Questions and Answers

If you are a regular reader, you probably don't think there is much more you can learn about me! I am an open book, this blog doesn't want to be labelled. It basically me emptying my brain onto a laptop.

However, I have been tagged by Rock and Roll Mum to answer some of her questions. If you have not read her blog before, then go! (after you've finished reading this obvs). She is uber cool, opinionated, funny, and I can hear her scoffing at all that, as she reads it!

So, here are her questions and my answers:

What was the 1st record you ever bought?
I am not happy to be answering this! I was a big fan of Adam Ant and Toyah, unfortunately, my 1st record was.........Dance with Somebody by Whitney Houston. Even she hated that song later in her career!
It was bought as a single, and I loved the B side. For those younger than me, wondering what I'm talking about? I'm not telling you, go and look it up!

What is your favourite biscuit?
I don't have one (the asker of this question just recoiled in horror). I like the odd biscuit to dip in my cuppa, but I rarely have them in the house.

Who would you most like to go out on the lash with, and why?
Anybody who'd take me! I haven't been out on the lash, properly, in a while. In fact I rarely drink these days. I just want a drunken, dancing, not giving a crap, night out!

Who is your blog crush?
Hmmm, I have a few I really love to read. It would be a tough choice between: the one asking these questions, Kate on Thin Ice, Mama Owl and Mama, You Talk? There are so many more I read, but they are my *have met, or would love to meet* bloggers, and they turned out to be just as awesome in real life.

When are you happiest?
Easy, in bed.

What is your favourite word?
Testicles. Sorry, can't help it! Just makes me smile.

Do you have a secret talent?
Not one I can admit to on here (family reads). I am surprisingly flexible.

What book would you recommend to me?
The 100 year old man, that climbed out of a window and disappeared.
or
The Girl in the Box series (currently on book 8, it's awesome).

So there you go Miss. Cisco. I love that you asked me, now I have to think of others, that you haven't already tagged. Ooh and I have to think of questions!

So I tag:
Mama, You talk?
Mama Owl
Over a Cuppa
Northumberland Mam (I know she loves a good meme)

and anyone else that would like to answer the following questions:

What would you do, if you had free time, with your partner?
Do you still hold hands with your other half?
What is your favourite time of the day?
Did you have a romantic proposal? (I didn't get proposed to, it has bugged me for 22 years. I've never let it drop!)
Are you a girly girl, or a tomboy? (I'm a girly girl, would have everything in pink and lilac)
What would be your karaoke song? (mine is Black Velvet)

Go on, join in, you know you want to (or you're a bit bored).

  2. Thanks for joining in! And what Kim said - how can you not have a favourite biscuit?! I remember the Whitney song well from school discos! I loved the 100 year book, but not heard of the girl in the box series, will have to hunt them out!

Testicles is an awesome choice of word!
