Meal planning

Yup, you read that title right......I am back to meal planning.

It all gone a bit wrong lately, I lost my love of cooking. Having to cook chicken nuggets and a potato based product everyday, for a child that gets sick at the smell of most foods, is frustrating. 

I know it's not his fault, but for a while, freezer diving was just easier, for everyone.

However, this is not got for the health and welfare of my family, or the ridiculous amount of waste it creates! 

Hence, back to meal planning:

(My meal plan started on Saturday, just gone)

Saturday: Chicken, with rice and vegetable stir fry
Sunday: Roast chicken, boiled potato and green beans
Monday: homemade burgers
Tuesday: Pork Chops, with baked potatoes and veg of choice
Wednesday: Slow cooked Gammon
Thursday: pasta, with cheddar or Bolognese sauce
Friday: Leftover Bolognese made into a pie with homemade wedges

So does that sound ok?
