Reasons to be Cheerful

So, the baton is passed back to me, for the month of April anyway!

This is good timing. I am determined to stop worrying about my health and do something about it! I have entered April with a Positive Mental Attitude, determined and happy..........so far it is working.

The great thing about it being with me this month is, it's Autism Awareness Month. As regular readers know, I have 2 boys on the spectrum. This is a great opportunity for me to spread the word.

Don't forget to grab the badge, if you want, it's not compulsory.
Lets get on with:
Ojos World

1. Mother's day. They gave me homemade gifts and lots of attention. Perfect.

3. Autism Awareness and friends. I spent most of Wednesday, 2nd April, changing my facebook friends profile pictures blue. It is autism awareness month, the motto being: Light it up Blue for Autism. I am so proud of my friends, that  got behind me and this cause. It is so close to my heart, the support brought a tear to my eye.

3. Weight loss Support. Through twitter and blogging, I have had fabulous support. It has really encouraged my positive thinking, and helped me get back on track.

I do hope you have some reasons to be cheerful, I would love to hear them, as always.
