Reasons to be Cheerful 13/02

Second week of February already! Why does January seem so slow, then Feb flies past? I guess that's a question for another (more thoughtful) blog.

I am still hosting Reasons to be Cheerful, so I obviously haven't broken it...............yet!
Don't forget, you can grab the badge at the bottom of the page, if you should so choose, but there is no pressure.

On to my:

1. I made Blog of the Week on Netmums (just click the name to see the page). Eeeep! So chuffed, it almost feels like getting an award. I don't care if it brings in more views. I just love that I wrote something that they want to share.

2. Little A going to bed at night. He may not be staying there all night, the reasons for the turnaround are not ideal, but he's going to bed and staying there. It's mostly thanks to his tween brother, who has slept on the pull out bed, on the floor, where A can see him. As I said, not ideal. However, they are BOTH sleeping really well! I think RJ likes having A actually in the room with him, and A can sleep, because he can see he's not alone. I wish their room was big enough for something other than bunks.

3. My third is not really a reason, more a wish that others will soon have something to be grateful for. The storms in the UK are battering homes, ruining lives and livelihoods. The images we are seeing from all over the country are horrific. I just hope that there will be some respite for the people living through it, and soon.

So that's mine for this week. What are your reasons to be cheerful, grateful or thankful. I hope you can find some, I really hope you'd like to share them with me. If you blog, you can add your link to the blog hop. If you don't blog, you can let me know by commenting on any of the social networks. You'll find ojosworld leads to me on most!

  7. When it comes to sleep sometimes even the less than idle option is best if you can get sleep. My toddler is now back sleeping in our bed after a few months of sleeping through. Sometimes I take him back after he's drifted of, other times I leave him as I'm with his baby sister trying to settle her back to sleep. I sleep in 3 beds per night, nothing saucy I assure you lol. here's to another good week.

  8. You're doing a great job with the Blog Hop and big congrats on the NetMums achievement! Great news on the sleeping arrangements, great for sibling bonding? And beats YOU having to sleep on a pull-out!! You're right about the storms, it's been the same here in Ireland with some counties really getting the brunt of it. Hope things change for the better soon :-)
