Meal Plan 06/01

You may notice I have been sort of, well AWOL, the last couple of days. Mr.Ojo's selfie was yesterdays Silent Sunday. What can I say? Post Christmas blues I think. I just can't get my head in the right place at all. 

So I thought, today, I'll try and kick start my brain with a simple one: Meal Plan Monday.

Monday:
Slow cooked Gammon, Baked Potatoes and Corn on the Cob.
Tuesday:
Wednesday:
Thursday:
Chicken Curry + Rice
Friday:
Cottage Pie
Saturday:
Beef Stew
Sunday:
Out to dinner for the Tweens Birthday

I joined Slimming World online last week, I have to do this properly. There is no choice. So all my meals will be homemade and kept as syn free as possible, in fact this week all my dinners are syn free! (It's even possible eating out! I shall be going for Gammon steak, with eggs and a side salad).

There is no question of sticking to it this week. The boys are back in school and routine will kick in pretty quickly.
