Reasons to be Cheerful 15/08

So after sharing my room 101 yesterday, and having a good old sweary rant! Today I get to share my Reasons to be cheerful with you! Told you I was a bit up and down!

1. I have mentioned my battles with PMT in the past, add to this, I am possibly going through the pre-menopause. Well, needless to say, my mood is not great! So my hubby decided that my 1st reason should be.............that I haven't killed anyone yet!! (only joking!) I am amazed how I have managed to keep my mood swings reasonable in check.

2. I am on week 3 of 'Couch 2 5K', which in itself is an achievement at my size. However, up til last night, I had done it on the spot (I did have a treadmill, but it's been returned, faulty :-(). Last night.........I went out and did it! In public!! heehee. I was so proud of myself when I got in.........and a bit knackered.

3. Hubby has a weekend off, which is very rare. Then on Monday I have a visitor for the week. Mama Owls daughter is coming to stay, being the same age as my eldest, they get on quite well. My eldest has lost a lot of his confidence lately, so I'm hoping she will perk him up a bit, and get him out.

So that's my reasons this week. Add to this I am going out to dinner Sunday with 2 friends (yay!) but I'm the designated driver (boo!).

Do you have reasons to smile this week, I hope so! Do share.
