Reasons to Be Cheerful 09/05

I have been very remiss in joining with this for a couple of weeks. I've just been too bloody miserable busy!

But this week, I feel I should put on my big girl panties and look for reasons! There really is nothing better than looking for the positive when you are feeling negative. (It's all PMT anyway, so I should just suck it up)

So, joining in with the lovely mummyfromtheheart here are my....

1. My gorgeously stonking husband has 2 weeks off!! He didn't tell me about it until Saturday just gone (his last day), as he realised that I had completely forgotten. Its been a lovely couple of days of lazy mornings, while he has got the boys ready for school. Cups of coffee in bed........I'll leave the rest up to your imagination!

2. I have been getting quite crafty and creative, and I have made a dress, from scratch! Its been so much fun in the evenings, sewing machine in the room and watching t.v. I am definitely going to get more done. I have been very surprised at how easy and relaxing I am finding it, and wondering why I haven't been doing it for years!

3. Has to be the beautiful bank holiday weather we had. We got to visit the lovely Mama Owl and family. I also managed to get out and feed the ducks! You will know, if you are a regular reader, that it's not easy getting out with my boys, but with hubby off work and beautiful weather, we did it. It was wonderful, and I really don't care about the rain now, because that memory will see me through it.

So do you have any reasons to be cheerful? Why not comment, or have a look at others through the blog hop.
