#R2BC

This is definitely becoming my favourite post to write each week! It's very easy to look at how tough life is, but we sometimes forget to look for the joy.

So to my reasons this week....

1. My saint of a hubby. As I may of mentioned yesterday I suffer from PMT I know it can be something of a joke for some, but mine is horrific! I can't go from angry to tearful to needing cuddles, all within a few minutes. Yesterday was a rough one for him, he very sensibly stayed quiet, even though I could see it was getting to him.

2. My mum. Simply because I think she DID know! (See This) as she was getting ready to leave yesterday, she asked what me and hubby were doing about going out over Xmas. We hadn't planned anything, we were considering a xmas dinner in our local 2-4-1 restaurant, one afternoon while the children were in school. We don't really want to spend any money on ourselves this time of year, we have Xmas and all 3 birthdays before the end of January, so it's, understandably, all about them. She decided we needed a night out, so is coming over this eve to help my eldest babysit and donating the cost of the meal! How fab is that!?

3 The new craft shop I've found. valley craft is just down the road from me!! Oh my it's fabulous! It's only a little unit, but with a lot in there, including stuff for kids and the wonderfully named knitting cwch. My friend told me about it last week, but yesterday was the first chance to visit.....it definitely won't be the last!

I could genuinely keep going today!.....I'm still over the moon with my sons school, especially today, something is upsetting him and he doesn't have the words to fully explain what it is. His lovely teacher has promised to try and figure it out, and I know she will.
My sparkly new shower! I've lived here almost 15 years and this is the first time I've had a proper shower!

I shall stop now......hope you have a great week you beautiful people.

I agree, it's very easy to get bogged down in all the rubbish things going on, I find #R2BC is becoming my favourite post of the week too because it's all about looking for the good things and staying positive :) x

  3. You have a loving husband and mum - those are glorious reasons to be cheerful.
I had PMT very badly and can still have low times so sending virtual hug on that score too.

  4. Great reasons! I can relate to the shower thing too! We had no showers for a long time when we were having house extension done (and old shower had packed up before then but we didn't want to get it fixed because we knew extension was going to be happening and it would be ripped out again) and baths through the winter months just seemed such hard work! x

  5. I hope you are both enjoying your evening out. It is so easy to always put the kids first so I'm glad you got some time together and be treated to a meal too. A lovely list and I can feel your enthusiastic buzz coming through your post. Take care and have a great weekend xxx
